Samples Packaging:
- Handle samples with manipulator such as tweezers and gloves to avoid introducing contaminants.
- Pack samples so that they will not brake in transit and nothing touches the surface to be analyzed.
- Label the sample(s) properly on the packaging, best with a marker.
- Submit the sample(s) package with an Project Request form that describes the work and/or analysis you want to perform with your sample(s), the region/area/component/part you want to test and references the assigned analytical job quotation number (if available). Alternately, you may also include a copy of our e-mail correspondence, or any handwritten notes made during initial consultation with one of our analysts.
- Most importantly, please put down your contact so that we could talk to you directly to clarify any misunderstanding.

- ASMAC accepts sample delivery from 9:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday (exclude HKSAR labor holidays).
