How to Order ASMAC Services
ASMAC offers several ways to submit an analytical service request:
- Telephone
Call us at +852 2331 8808 or +852 2331 8909, and we will connect you with one of our analytical consultants. Our analytical consultants will listen to your concerns, define the job nature, provide recommendations and deliver a quotation to you if necessary. If you are a first-time customer, an existing customer with a new issue or project or you need rapid turnaround service, calling us is the best and fastest way to order services.
- E-Mail
Send an e-mail to enquiry@asmac.com.hk. Provide information as precise as you can, including photos, a sketch of material structure or your idea, the area you want to analyze and the information you want to receive.
Please also make sure to include your phone number, such that we could reply to you after understanding your case.
- Fax
Print out an Project Request form on our website, fill it out, and fax it to +852 8169 2160.
In all cases, we will respond within 1 day in normal working days for immediate understanding of your needs. Normally, recommendations and quotation can be provided within 1 to 2 days.
Purchase Orders
To purchase our analytical services, simply sign up the quotation with your company chop! We accept late submission of Purchase Order.
Rapid Turnaround Service
ASMAC’s standard turnaround time is within five days from the business day that we receive your sample(s) at our office. We offer faster data delivery than these standard times at surcharged rates. Although we usually process your test within five days, we understand that you might be in top urgent for some extreme cases. Because of this, we offer the “Top Priority Service”. Under this service framework, we process your job immediately after completion of the existing analyzing job, and you save time to take the queue for soonest result feedback. We charge this express service at reasonable price as below:
- Top Priority Service (usually same day) with a 100% surcharge only.
Please note: the clock begins when we receive the samples and complete instructions.
